Inside Our New Display Home, The Colonnade

Now Open in Southern River

If you have been searching for a home design that maximises rear living and still suits a 15m wide block, then look no further than our new display home, The Colonnade!

The challenge given to our design team with this display home was to develop a new, innovative design that integrates kitchen and laundry zones, whilst still achieving an open-plan design. In making the most of the kitchen, dining and family areas while leaving plenty of space for your alfresco and outdoor entertaining areas, The Colonnade was created.

Boasting four large bedrooms plus a study, theatre room and huge open plan kitchen, living and dining section at the rear of the home, this design is sure to impress you at every turn. There are two main bathrooms plus two powder rooms, one to service the study/open plan living area at the back, and another to ensure there are no cues in the morning for the main bathroom and services the three bedrooms at the front.

The scullery sits cleverly behind the kitchen, meaning you can keep all the tools of your trade tucked away along with the dishes when you entertain for friends and family. This is not to mention the large alfresco area with doors that open right up enabling you to bring the outdoor living feel into the open plan living and dining area whenever the mood strikes.

We love the ensuite bathroom that contains trendy feature ceiling-high tiling and exudes luxury and a sense of calm spaciousness – and the master bedroom walk-in robe must be seen to be believed!

There really is so much to love about The Colonnade, so why not come and see it in the flesh today and discover Ross North Home’s latest flagship design of excellence.
