The Process

10 easy steps to your development dream

Initial Contact and Meeting

Meet with our highly experienced development consultant and discuss your ideas and dreams to unlock the development potential for your property.

Obligation Free Feasibility Process

We will the prepare an obligation free feasibility showing you our very best recommendations on how to move forward.

Sketch Proposal and Costings

Our design team will now put pen to paper and design a concept to ensure we maximize the potential for your site, then once you are happy with the designs, we will prepare detailed costings, outlining all associated costs, so there are no surprises !

Plan Preparation for Planning Application.

We then prepare further detailed plans, ready to submit for local authority approval. Once the plans pass through Town Planning Approval process, we commence even further detailed drawings, ready for your prestart meeting.

Planning Approval.

We receive the necessary approvals from the relevant local authorities, basically giving us the green light to move forward.

Full Working drawings, and Selection Process.

With the initial approvals received, we now move into the more detailed phase- working drawings. With an abundance of detail at hand, all colors, materials, fixtures, and fittings are chosen and documented. Any last-minute alterations are dealt with, and we prepare what is known as “Final Plans”.

Building Application and Approval Process

With all plans and paperwork now completed, and Planning Approval on file, we submit your plans for the final Shire Approval, know as the Building Permit. This process is generally a formality and concludes relatively quickly.

Job Scheduled, and Site Start.

All the materials required for your development are now ordered, and your investment now goes to a site start. Construction timeframes vary depending on the number of units being built, but rest assured we will complete your project on time, and on budget.

Completion and Handover.

The wait is over, your development has been completed. You will do a final inspection of the property with your dedicated site supervisor, to ensure you are happy with all aspects of the build. Any final touch ups will be noted, and rectified to our usual high standard.

Strata Titling.

Not long after the completion, our surveyor will be in a position to conclude the strata titling process (if applicable), and your homes will be ready to go to market- “Job Done”
