4 Tips for Creating A Luxurious Feel in Your Bedroom

Is your bedroom feeling a little uninspiring? No longer serving as the haven for relaxation it should be? We are going to share some tips on revamping it’s tired, daggy feel so not only do you get some seriously improved rest, but so you may actually enjoy spending time in there! You might even start putting all your clothes back on their hangers after getting ready in the morning! HA!

  1. Luxury light fitting/s:

Add a super fancy feel to your bedroom by simply updating your main light fitting, or even better? The bedside lamps too! We love the pendant lights in our newest display home, The Toorak:

  1. Mirrors:

You don’t have to spend a fortune on a high-end dresser with a built in mirror – you can pick up something as simple as this mirror from Kmart to dress up your bedroom by hanging this on the wall above your tall boy. We added one to the master bedroom wall in The Sentosa for that subtle dash of glamour that also adds a little extra depth to an already stunning bedroom:

  1. Feature wallpaper:

Whether you add texture, colour or a combination of both in your feature wallpaper of choice, it will do wonders for the feel of your bedroom. We chose this emerald green gradient wallpaper for the bedroom in The Escape, it works perfectly to compliment the timber to the bathroom and adds some colour to an otherwise fairly subtle palette:

  1. Interesting headboard

It doesn’t have to be huge to be powerful! Something a little out of the ordinary like the one we have in The Entertainer can really make a luxurious statement in your bedroom. You could go for a super high board, or just something textured, like wood, rattan or velvet, for example.
